Resident Membership Being a member of the LLPOA has advantages for residents of Lake Lincolndale. Aside from joining a group whose sole purpose is the quality of life, protection of property values, and the safety of the Lake Lincolndale community, members enjoy access to the beach in summer, use of the clubhouse for private functions, and a calendar full of activities throughout the year. Members also help in many small ways to support the welfare of the lake itself. Guest Beach Members While full membership of the LLPOA is open only to resident families of Lake Lincolndale, anyone may become a "guest" beach member. That simply means that anyone may use the beach in summer for a seasonal fee, regardless of where they live. See our contact information to join or pay current dues. |
