Lake Lincolndale is a 20-acre lake that offers swimming, fishing, non-motorized boating and skating for LLPOA members, homeowners and their accompanied guests. All year round there's something to do at the lake.

Members of the LLPOA enjoy a sand bathing beach with certified lifeguard protection from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The swimming area offers a roped in children's swimming area, and capable swimmers enjoy two floating rafts in deeper water. The beach also has a snack bar that's open through the summer during daily swimming hours.

The beach is open daily during the summer months from noon to 8 PM.

The Lake Lincolndale clubhouse hosts the regular meetings of the LLPOA Board of Directors, and the annual General membership meetings. In addition, the facility is available for private parties, organization meetings and other gatherings. LLPOA members and their sponsored family and friends may use the large hall upstairs, or the cozy lounge downstairs with doors that open onto a grassy lawn.
